Exhibition On Screen: David Hockney at the Royal Academy of Arts

Celebrate the life of David Hockey, who we sadly lost in June, with this stunning celebration of his work. Featuring intimate and in-depth interviews with Hockney, this revealing film focuses on two blockbuster exhibitions held in 2012 and 2016 at the Royal Academy of Art in London.  Director Phil Grabsky secured privileged access to craft this cinematic celebration of a 21st century master of creativity.

Please note, for this screening the venue will be set out in a "relaxed summer screening" layout with large circular tables and chairs rather than the usual raked seating. This allows for a cooler and more comfortable environment, with more space and more room for drinks and snacks, and hopefully means we don't have to have as much fan noise potentially spoiling the film. Why not enjoy a bottle of wine with the movie?

Seating capacity is reduced with this layout. You can still book online to ensure your seat, but seats will be unallocated and you'll choose your table on arrival.
