Described by Amy Z as “two hours of virtual birth control” this is a film about a mother at breaking point and Rose Byrne’s performance in the central role has been widely praised. The Daily Telegraph says the film is strangely relatable to anyone who’s ever had a mother, or been one. Critics score it 92% and the audience 79%.


With her life crashing down around her, Linda attempts to navigate her child's mysterious illness, her absent husband, a missing person, and an increasingly hostile relationship with her therapist.
