Although Ely Community Cinema is volunteer led and managed, and the majority of people who greet you, sell the tickets, and help you find your seat are all unpaid volunteers, we have a small number of paid roles in safety and technical areas.

Please note, paid roles are typically on a zero hours part-time casual basis, and are paid at National Minimum Wage. Full training will be given, often to an officially certificated standard.
